Terms and Conditions for 5 Hours Saved Offer

1. The guarantee applies to eligible first time Draft Bot Pro subscriptions purchased directly through Draft Bot Pro.
    

2. A “task” means a completed legal drafting, research, document analysis, or similar task recorded in the user's Draft Bot Pro session history. For the purposes of this guarantee, each completed task is deemed to represent at least 1 hour of legal work saved.
    

3. If a user has fewer than 5 qualifying tasks in their session history during the first 7 days of their subscription, they may request a full refund under this guarantee.
    

4. If a user has 5 or more qualifying tasks, the user will be deemed to have received at least 5 hours of time savings and will not qualify for a refund under the 5-hour guarantee. They may however qualify for a pro-rata refund based on their word usage.
    

5. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and are subject to verification of the user's session history.
    

6. If a user consumes more than 30,000 AI words during the 7-day period, any refund will be calculated pro rata based on usage, in accordance with Draft Bot Pro's Fair Usage Policy.
    

7. Draft Bot Pro reserves the right to reject refund requests involving abuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to circumvent the service's usage limits or policies.
    

8. These terms and conditions are binded by and in addition to Rare Labs general Terms and Conditions and Fair Usage Policy.
